Did you change your mind about your purchace?
You have the possibility to return the product up to 14 calendar days after the day you received the product without giving reasons.
You will receive the entire purchase amount when you return the entire order, when you return a part of the order you receive the purchase amount of that particular part.
The costs of the return shipment are for your own account.
How to return your purchace?
If you want to return the items, you can report this to our customer service though the return form. The return form is at the end of this page, you can also reach it through the link above. After receiving your report, we will send you a confirmation.
We will transfer the return fund within 14 days after receiving your product, if the conditions of the returned items are met. We will pay you with the same payment method that you used to pay for the products.
What conditions must my return shipment meet?
Pako only accepts returns of items if:
- items are complete, in the original packaging and in the original condition.
- items are unused and unopened.
- items are clean.
Return exceptions
Customization: with items that are customized according to your requirements, the right to return the items does not apply. This makes the sale final after successful payment.
